| Policies: *Price varies depending upon the time of year. High demand periods will be higher than $875/week. Please let us know before you arrive if you are traveling with more than two. No smoking allowed. We require a 20% deposit to hold dates . Balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason within 45 days of your scheduled arrival, we will attempt to rebook the dates and if we are successful we will return your payment in full. If we cannot rebook, then your payment is forfeited. Hawaii state tax of 11% is added to your bill. We only accept personal checks. Please inquire about nightly rates for children.
